Colorful Tears was inspired by the poem “Father, Son and Holy Ghost” written by American Poet, Audré Lord. The painting, created in pointillism, is about surviving the hardships of life. The colorful streaks in red, orange and yellow symbolize being triumphant even in moments of despair.
