South African artist, Jody Paulsen was the inspiration behind this design.  Lalela learners created colourful pop-inspired collages that representative of their generation. Madeline is a 14-yeard-old artist form Hout Bay.  She is a quiet girl who uses her creativity at Lalela as a means of self-expression.  The confidence she gained through her mastery in art, has translated into Madelein’s everyday life.
